Pinenut Kernels


Pine nuts are the seed of pinaceae plants such as Pinus Koraiensis, is one of the common nuts.  Pine nuts are rich in nutrition, containing a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids, protein, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron and so on. They are often used in baking, snacks and other delicacies. 

RED PINENUT KERNELS

Main producing areas: China (Changbai Mountain, the Greater and Lesser Khingan Mountains), DPRK and Russian Far East

Characteristic: Ivory white, glossy, ovate triangular, strong aroma in raw.
